- Check in is available only between 4.00 pm (16.00) to 6.30 pm (18.30), except by prior arrangement. Late arrivals will be considered as "No Shows" and billed accordingly.
- Latest check-out time is 11.00 am
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the premises
- Strictly no parties, no stag/bachelor groups or hen goups. Rowdy behaviour, vulgar language, excessive drinking, illegal drug taking or any other antisocial or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and the management reserve the right (without giving reason) to refuse entry prior to, during or at any time after check-in
- Food & drinks may NOT be consumed in the bedroom; please use the guest lounges and the guest dining area.
- No visitors (persons not registered as guests on check-in) are permitted beyond the guest lounges (ie never in bedrooms) and in any event subject to prior management consent
- No pets allowed
- All bookings must include at least one adult over 21. Full names, addresses and nationalities of all guests will be required on check-in. In respect of any minors (under 18) confirmation as to who is their legal guardian and, if different, responsible adult guest will also be required.
- Children under 13 are permitted only with prior consent of management, which consent may be refused without cause. Any pre-teen child guests must be under constant supervision of a responsible adult guests over 21 and never left unaccompanied in any bedroom or other guest room.
- Parking of vehicles (including bicycles) on premises is strictly at own risk
- eBike/eScooter batteries must be handed in on check-in for storage. Charging is available at a rate of £5/€5 per battery. Batteries must never be stored or charged in bedrooms
- Return of lost property charge: £10 + postage & packaging costs. Unclaimed items (and unpaid for items) will be disposed of after 14 days without compensation.
